I wrote Daylight my senior year of high school when I was eighteen. I’ll be turning twenty this year, and never thought that I would be publishing the book for the world to see. I put my all into writing it, and fiercely love what I have created. I’m nervous putting it out here like this, it feels like I’m wearing my heart on my sleeve. I spent so many sleepless nights and study halls writing Daylight, but couldn’t stop writing until I finished. It was the first project I finished, front to back, that I have ever truly felt proud of, and now, it’s yours. From the bottom of my heart, I hope you love it as much as I do.
ABOUT GRACEGrace Marshall is a Wisconsin based writer and author. She started writing creatively in the 5th grade, and not a day has gone by since where she hasn’t put the stories in her mind into words. Using a notebook, a laptop- or if she’s in a pinch, the notes app on her phone- she is always writing. Grace has hundreds of unfinished stories waiting for her in limbo, but in addition to that, has 3 unreleased, full length novels written. Her debut novel “Daylight” is out now.
